Every side of the decision — lived.

The right dental software buys you time, saves you money, and keeps your best people. We started DentalTechHub because there was no honest way to find it.

Why we built this

We’d been burned from every side. So we built the honest version.

01What we lived

Between the three of us, we’d lived every side: twelve years installing software for dental groups, six practices run day to day, a marketplace built and sold. We watched practices buy the wrong thing — and pay for it in the good people who quit.

02What we hit

Every time we tried to choose for ourselves, we hit the same wall: forty vendors claiming to solve everything, reps working a quota, “reviews” ranking whoever paid the most. No honest way to tell what fit a practice like yours.

03What we built

So we built one. Dental Tech Hub sorts 500+ tools by the problem you’re trying to solve, classified one by one by people who’ve done the work — where no vendor can pay to change what we say. It’s the tool we wished we’d had when it was our money on the line.

The founders

Operators and builders — not marketers.

The Tech Installer
Khamir Patel, DMD
12 years setting up dental technology for large dental groups

Leads design and product, making sure DTH sorts every tool by the actual problem it solves, not the marketing label.

LinkedIn
The Platform Builder
Nirat Patel
Built and sold Vendaxo · acquired by Moglix

Knows how to build fair marketplaces — and keeps DTH honest about what it recommends and why.

LinkedIn
The Operator
Rohan Shah, DMD
Owner of 6 dental practices · Massachusetts

Knows the real cost of bad tech is the good people you lose. Every recommendation is measured against that.

LinkedIn
How we classify

Same method behind every listing.

DTH’s editors — people who’ve run practices — sort each tool by the problem it solves.A vendor doesn’t write its own listing or choose where it lands.

01Who decides

Every tool is placed by our editors — not the category a vendor would pick for itself. The same way for all 500+ technology vendors.

02What the labels mean

A green Verified label means the company has claimed its listing and confirmed the details. Amber means it hasn’t yet — though we’ve already classified it the same way. Neither is a verdict on the product, just a sign of who has confirmed the listing.

They’ve done this at every size we’re building for.
