Everyone who completes the 2026 dental technology survey by June 20 is entered to win one of ten $100 Amazon gift cards. If you’d rather not take the survey, you can enter free below by the same date — same draw, same odds, one entry per person either way.
The survey is the point; the draw is a thank-you. The full report is free for everyone when it’s done, winners or not.

No purchase or survey completion necessary to enter or win. Completing the survey does not improve your odds of winning. Void where prohibited.

Begins April 1, 2026 and ends June 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their state) at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.
(a) Complete the 2026 dental technology survey at dentaltechhub.typeform.com/dth-2026-survey during the Entry Period and provide a valid email address; or
(b) Submit the free entry form on this page with your name and a valid email address — no survey required.
Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method. Duplicate, automated, or third-party entries are void.
Ten (10) winners each receive one (1) $100 Amazon gift card. Approximate retail value of each prize: $100; total ARV: $1,000. Limit one prize per person. Prizes are non-transferable; no cash substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms.
Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about July 1, 2026, conducted by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners are notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days, or an alternate winner may be selected.
Information collected is used to administer the draw and deliver the published report, per Sponsor’s privacy policy at dentaltechhub.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor does not sell or share entrant information with vendors.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn or any other social platform. Taxes, if any, are winners’ responsibility. Sponsor may disqualify entries that violate these rules. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
