OraCore Scribe is a dental-specific ambient AI scribe from OraCore AI that listens during the appointment and drafts the clinical note in Narrative or SOAP format, with a speaker-separated transcript and visit-type benchmarks the provider reviews before approving the note. The Team plan adds a visit summary, checkout handoff, insurance narrative with attachment list, patient follow-up email and referral letter from the same visit. The Pro plan reads patient and appointment context from Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft and Curve Dental; no plan writes the note into the PMS chart.
